  Go to place for my dog, great vet, puppy school and in-store guidance. However, the grooming section could be improved as some employees are quite rude, they give a nice haircut though.

  Really distressing that animals are kept in tiny glass boxes in this store. How is this still acceptable? If you purchase animals, whether from a breeder or a pet store, you need to take a good look at yourself.

  Worst ever grooming experience. Fair enough my mini schnauzer's legs and lower belly area were matted, but I copped an extra $40 charge to cover that.

  The areas that I was so unhappy with were not the areas that were matted and it just shows they had total lack of attention to detail.

  My girl came out with chunks of long hair around her neck/collar area - they must of tried working around a collar while grooming her? Random long patches of hair around her mouth. Chunks of long hair around the base of her ears. She had long patches of hair over her body/back, like they only do one or two passes with the clippers or maybe don't bother with using a finishing blade to make sure the clip is even.
