    Dishonest and poor customer service. They messed up then made it look like my fault plus they did not return my calls!went to another mechanic and i saw the light!

    My experience with Ultratune Tuggeranong was excellent. Glenn was really helpful and gave me the time to talk through my car issues. He then explained everything he was going to have to do. Then, at the end of the service, Glenn explained everything he did. I really appreciated the time he gave me to help me understand. My car is now working really smoothly. The price was very reasonable too.
