    Perhaps they're good with servicing chainsaws they sell, but they're rude and unhelpful with anything else. Should I need a Stihl in due course, I guess I find a different dealer. Good bye.

    Really helpful, unboxed tools and they let you try them out in store. Batteries are even charged for use, warranty competed in store too.

    These guys are great. I needed a chainsaw for my husband and they told me everything I needed to know so we didn't get the problems we had with our last chainsaw. They spent heaps of time with me on the phone and in person and even left a message on my phone today to see how the new saw was holding up. I must say too, our new stihl is fantastic. We chopped more wood in one day than what we managed in a whole year with our old saw. Their advice on chain type for the wood we have was spot on. Thank you!
